Food safety in Crop Production, 16th-20th January 2006
Lancaster and Salford Universities recently ran a one week residential course which challenged widely held perceptions regarding the effective management of food safety, took on the challenge of considering whether microbiological contamination of food crops is a real risk and considered the latest emerging technologies and strategies for active pesticide residue management.
