My research investigates the atmospheric occurrence, behaviour and degradation of semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOCs) including semi-persistent pesticides and persistent organic pollutants (POPs).

I have a particular interest in the fate of these chemicals in cold environments such as the Arctic, and the processes that control chemical fate in both 'standard' and 'non-standard' environments.
